    This book aims to give a comprehensive overview of Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD). CVD involves the deposition of thin solid films from chemical precursors in the vapour phase, and encompasses various deposition techniques, including metal-organic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD), plasma-enhanced CVD (PECVD), photo-initiated CVD and atomic layer deposition (ALD). Recently, we developed a surface reaction-limited pulsed chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique that can grow highly uniform anatase TiO2 nanorods (NRs) over a large area, even inside highly confined submicrometer-sized spaces.
